Protect technician time
Move specialized load-bank work away from the bench space and schedule of a general generator team.
Shop-Based Repair & Shipping
MPR’s Kaufman repair shop gives commercial load banks a dedicated path for intake, documented diagnosis, authorized repair, functional testing, and return.
Dedicated Repair Capacity
Shop-based service lets your technicians stay focused on current generator work while MPR gives the load bank concentrated diagnostic attention.
It also creates an option for customers beyond the immediate field-service area: coordinate a shipped-in repair rather than waiting for specialized support to travel to the unit.
Move specialized load-bank work away from the bench space and schedule of a general generator team.
Branches and fleets can evaluate the process with a difficult or time-consuming trial unit.
Commercial equipment can be received from outside the local field-service area when shipment is practical.
Shop Intake Process
Do not ship equipment without coordinating with MPR first. Unit size, access, loading needs, timing, and the reported problem all matter to a safe and useful intake plan.
Share the model information, reported fault, location, approximate dimensions or weight when available, and clear photographs.
Coordinate delivery, customer-arranged freight, or another agreed intake method before the equipment moves.
Review the received unit and establish the starting condition for diagnostic work.
Trace the reported problem and provide findings with a proposed repair scope for authorization.
Complete approved work and test within the equipment and shop conditions available.
Document the work and coordinate pickup, delivery, or return shipment by agreement.

Before Shipping or Delivery
MPR will confirm the intended intake path before shipment. The equipment owner or carrier remains responsible for suitable packaging, securement, freight handling, and compliance with applicable shipping requirements unless another arrangement is specifically made.
Clear Scope Control
Plan the Intake
Send equipment details and photographs before arranging freight or delivery. MPR will help establish the right intake plan.
